Accounting Clerk and Recruiting Manager

Mission

The Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions operate accurately and efficiently. This person will also be in charge of administrative tasks related to current employee accounts; such as producing payrolls and overseeing the social benefits to be granted.

This person will also be responsible for hiring staff and for all related activities.

Responsabilities

• Enter invoices;
• Maintain accounts in accounting software (Acomba)
• Record and control accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting entries;
• Perform supplier transfers and employee expense accounts;
• Contribute to summary reports;
• Perform account reconciliations;
• Update accounts of current employees: leave, overtime, etc .;
• Produce payrolls and benefit payments;
• Complete, verify and process the forms and documents necessary for the administration of benefits, insurance and wage subsidies;

Conditions

• 40 hours/week, flexible schedule;
• Salary starting at 19$/h + benefits
• Start date: ASAP

Profile

• 2-3 years of experience
• DEP or AEC in accounting
• Knowledge of employability procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and Acomba accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• High sense of organization
